Good Fruit was born in the kitchen of one stubborn grandma. Concerned about how much processed, sugary junk her family was consuming, she set out to find a better alternative—one packed with vitamins and fiber.
Everyone said, “It’ll never work!” But guess what? It did.
To be honest, Grandma Gala didn’t invent fruit leather—it’s been around for centuries in multiple cultures, long before fruit concentrates were a thing.
This chewy, naturally sweet snack is made by pureeing fruit, spreading the mixture thin, and drying it at low temperatures until it forms a pliable, sheet-like texture. This method preserves all the natural vitamins and nutrients found in fresh fruit.
Fruit leather was an instant hit in our house, so we asked ourselves, “Why should only our kids get to enjoy this? And why just kids?”
